Thank you Marites. I have done this already before and now the file Skype does not exist anymore altogether in the application support. The problem started i guess when my son had installed file sharing on my mac a few days ago so i could connect to the internet with my samsung mobile to my mac on ethernet cable as i was running out of mobile data. But reversing and disconnecting my mobile did not get Skype working on my mac again.

But Skype does work on my samsung mobile when i put back files sharing. So what can i do to have Skype again on my mac.
