In particular, Print Audit 5 cannot track some printers when using older print drivers. You may need to upgrade your print drivers before Print Audit 5 will track your printers, and there are a small number of printers where no updated driver is available. Check the manufacturer’s web site for an updated driver for Mac OS X if Print Audit 5 does not seem to track your printer. Before installing the Print Audit 5 Client, please ensure you have already installed and configured a Print Audit 5 Client Communicator and database on another computer.
If you do not configure Print Audit 5 correctly, it will not track printing. Limitations: 15 day trial.
